The FBI arrested a 21-year-old New Jersey man Thursday who was allegedly recruited to join ISIS by a college student from Queens nabbed earlier this week on terrorism charges.
Samuel Rahamin Topaz allegedly conspired with other wannabe jihadists to travel overseas, including Munther Omar Saleh, 20, a student at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology, who is charged with plotting to build a pressure cooker bomb like the one used in the Boston Marathon terrorist attacks.
Topaz, a U.S. citizen, is the fourth suspect arrested in the bi-state terror cell.
