DHS Whistleblower Phillip Haney: “Words Matter” - from TRUNEWS

(TRUNEWS) Department of Homeland Security whistleblower Phillip Haney says that Islam and the practice of Sharia law are not compatible with the U.S. Constitution, and that muslims live by a completely different world view.

Haney’s statements were made during an interview with Rick Wiles of TRUNEWS on Wednesday, when describing how the religion of Islam being described to the average American differs greatly to that which is explained in the Quran.

Haney spent most his Federal services as scientist, but was moved in 2003 to the Department of Homeland of Security (DHS) when the agency made public and drastically expanded.

His expertise in Middle East studies, theology, and entomology gave him a unique background to analyze and “connect the dots” between different Muslim groups including the Muslim Brotherhood, and San Bernardino shooters Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik’s Tablighi Jamaat network.

Haney said that the “threat always comes from bottom up”, meaning that Islamic terror networks form through the effective utilization of the tight knit centralized family concept seen through the muslim world. He said he would use this understanding during the interviews he conducted, to establish networks of friends, families, and communities including where they grew up and where they went to school.

Haney refereed to this as “Building a Wall.” And build walls he did, especially in regard to the Tablighi Jamaat network, which he says he had compiled 125 hours and 67 linked records of biometric information, before being deliberately deleted by his superiors in DHS.

Haney believes that this information, dating back to Sep. 2012, could have not only been used to put Syed Farook on a no fly list, but could have uncovered the entire network on terrorists responsible for the San Bernardino massacre.

When does ignorance become complicity? Haney believes following the largest counter terrorism case in America, the Holy Land Foundation trial in Nov. 2008, there is no excuse for anyone in the DOJ, DHS, or the Obama Administration to be ignorant to threat posed by allowing civil liberty concerns to override the ability by law enforcement to prosecute terror cells inside the U.S.

The Holy Land Foundation trial in Dallas Texas, resulted in 102 convictions of 5 individuals for financial support of Hamas and irrefutable ties to the Muslim Brotherhood operating in the United States.

Haney called the trail a major turning point in U.S. Counterterrorism, noting that because the investigation was not taken into “phase II” and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR), North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) were not prosecuted but were instead invited to the White House and positions of power inside the Obama administration, the true underpinnings of the soft infiltration of Islam into the U.S. Escaped exposure.

Haney ended by explaining that his 45 separate meetings with members of congress on this subject have taught him one thing, and it is that American leaders do not understand that words like Peace and submit, hold drastically different connotations inside the Muslim world, and to defeat this covert subversion there must be a mass education of the public to the sheer incompatibility of Sharia Law described in the Quran, and the United States Constitution.

Strategic plan of Islam

Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors.

And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.

And if they cease, then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah . But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.

-Quran Chapter 2, verse 190-193

Philip Haney served in Passenger Analysis Units at the Department of Homeland Security in Atlanta and at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s National Targeting Center. His responsibilities included in-depth research into individuals and organizations with potential links to terrorism. After almost a year of research and tracking the Deobandi movement, Department of Homeland Security stopped the investigation, at the request of the Department of State and its own Civil Rights Civil Liberties Division, claiming that tracking individuals related to these groups was a violation of the travellers’ civil liberties. Haney says, “The administration was more concerned about the civil rights and liberties of foreign Islamic groups with terrorist ties than the safety and security of Americans.”
