A resident of Goldsboro, North Carolina says she found body parts in a deep freezer she bought from her neighbour. The woman, who didn’t want to be identified, says she was told not to open it for a few weeks.
It was a time capsule, part of Sunday school project, she was told.

CBS affiliate WNCN reports the woman, found body parts inside the freezer when she finally opened it, three weeks after buying it.
The woman told WNCN she didn’t immediately open it because that neighbor told her it was being used as a “time capsule.”
The seller of the freezer allegedly told the woman it was part of a class project she was doing with her church Sunday School class, and that church officials would be by to pick up the freezer’s contents. When church officials never came, the woman opened it, and believes she discovered her neighbor’s dead mom.
“She sold me her frozen mother for $30. How do you do something like that??” the woman said.
“A church was supposed to come, pick up the items inside the freezer. I was supposed to get the freezer back. The church never came. I decided to open it – My heart was in my throat and I ran outside, called 911.”
The body parts have been sent to authorities for identification.
