Kiev says Russian tanks crossed into eastern Ukraine
Officials in Kiev say an armored column including 32 tanks and 30 trucks has crossed into eastern Ukraine from Russia. The White House is refusing to comment on President Obama's 'private correspondence' after reports he wrote a secret letter to Iran's supreme leader. The Wall Street Journal says the President corresponded with Ayatollah Ali Khamenei over fighting the Islamic State, and on working for agreement on Iran's nuclear program. Republican senators are criticizing the contact as 'outrageous'.

Trojan Horse’ Bug Lurking in Vital US Computers Since 2011
A destructive “Trojan Horse” malware program has penetrated the software that runs much of the nation’s critical infrastructure, such as Power Plants, electric Grids, Water Treatment plants and Natural gas Pipelines. This Malware is aimed at causing an economic catastrophe, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Sources told ABC News there is evidence that the malware was inserted by hackers believed to be sponsored by the Russian government, and is a very serious threat.
Federal appeals court upholds 4 states' gay marriage bans
A federal appeals court panel in Ohio upheld four states’ bans on gay marriage, setting the stage for the Supreme Court to rule finally on the constitutionality of same-sex marriage. The ruling by the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals is the first by a federal appellate court to formally deny gay couples a right to marry. It follows a year in which federal judges across the nation repeatedly ruled that since marriage is a fundamental right, states had no justification for denying marriage to gays and lesbians.
