This individual will work in-house and be responsible for designing, coding, modifying, and maintaining websites as well as the conceptualization and design of graphic elements for digital and print use. Communication and coordination with project managers, 3rd-party developers, visionairies, and the Lord will be pivotal to success in this position. Respnosibilities:
- Plan and desing websites by clarifying goals, designing functionality.
- Develop content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and contracted graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
- Understand and ensure cutting-edge UI.
- Prepare sites by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform / cross-browser compatibility; establishing links.
- Upgrade site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
- Protect site by designing and installing security precautions.
- Maintain appearance of sites by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repair.
