(TRUNEWS) Attorneys for the pro-lifers who released undercover videos of Planned Parenthood officials negotiating the sale of baby body parts have demanded that prosecutors drop the charges. It was discovered Houston District attorney, Devon Anderson colluded with the abortion provider.
In January, a grand jury in Harris County, texas indicted David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt for using a false ID and violating state laws regarding trafficking. They posed as members of the Center for Medical Progress to negotiate with the abortion group as part of its “fetal tissue donation” program. No charges were filed against Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood’s attorney Josh Schaeffer told the media he “explicitly pushed prosecutors” to change the whistleblowers instead of his client, according to LifeSite News.
During their negotiations, Daleiden and Merritt videotaped conversations and exposed the abortion provider for harvesting organs from aborted babies for payment.
Daleiden is also facing charges in California, as reported by TRUNEWS. Recently his home there was raided.

Now there are calls for California Attorney General Kamala Harris to resign. She has received tens of thousands from Planned Parenthood and is a pro-abortion Democrat. Like the Houston District Attorney, Harris also failed to file charges against the group.
