The Altermedia Deutchland server is located in Russia. German authorities asked the Russians to turn it off.
It is not clear when that will happen, as relations between the two countries have been strained, according to the Daily Mail. Russia has accused Germany of a cover-up of a crime at the hands of a Muslim refugees, against a Russian girl.
Earlier this month a 13-year-old was kidnapped and raped by a group of Arab looking men in Berlin.
Thousands of people in Germany hit the streets over the weekend, in various towns, to protest the incident and influx of refugees.
