(TRUNEWS) A video has been released by North Korea to showing a nuclear attack on Washington, D.C.
“Last Chance” features footage of missile launches and then shows them hitting the U.S., detonating in the reflecting pool between the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument, according to Daily Caller.
“If the American imperialists provoke us a bit, we will not hesitate to slap them with a preemptive nuclear strike,” Korean subtitles read in the video.
It also shows the city being vaporized.
Recently, North Korea made the stance in response to the joint military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea. The foreign minister in Pyongyang said the North could not “sit idle in the face of the U.S. threat”.
“We have a powerful military might that can conduct a war with any means,” he said, in an interview with TASS.
North Korea believes the U.S. is planning an invasion because the military exercises involved 17,000 U.S. troops and 300,000 from South Korea. The North is beefing up their Army.
There have been several tests launched by North Korea so far this year, including missile tests, putting a satellite into orbit and an H-bomb test, as reported by TRUNEWS.
Despite the threats of conflict, President Obama will meet with leaders of South Korea and Japan Thursday to discuss the possibility of North Korean President Kim Jong-un starting a war.

Obama, South Korean President Park Geun-hye and Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will “advance areas of trilateral security cooperation” according to The Express. The meeting is in response to the threats and the video showing an attack on Washington.
Earlier this month a North Korean military chief threatened to “burn” Manhattan “down to ashes” by hitting New York with a nuke.
