TBN’s Jan Crouch Suffers Massive Stroke - from TRUNEWS

(TRUNEWS) TBN co-founder Jan Crouch has suffered a massive stroke Friday evening, and has been rushed to an Orlando, Florida hospital, according to a report from Charisma News.

Prayers are being asked for the family during this time.

According to Charisma:

Crouch appeared to be in good health. Earlier this month, she was seen on the back of a motorcycle with pastor Phil Aguilar at a Kenneth Copeland motorcycle rally.

Paul Crouch, husband of Jan Crouch and TBN co-founder, passed away in 2013 after an extended illness.

Paul Crouch, Jr posted on Facebook, requeting prayers for their family.

The corporate website for the ministry had no update as of late Friday evening, and no announcement from Matthew Crouch has been made as of the time of this update.

TBN states it is the world’s largest religious network and America’s most watched faith channel.  TBN offers 24 hours of commercial-free inspirational programming that appeal to people in a wide variety of Protestant, Catholic and Messianic Jewish denominations.

Mrs. Crouch is the daughter of Reverend and Mrs. Edgar W. Bethany, and grew up in Columbus, Georgia. Her father served as a pastor in the Assemblies of God, and was the founding president of Southeastern University (Florida). While attending Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri, Crouch met Paul F. Crouch. They married in 1957, and have two sons, Paul Jr. and Matthew, both of whom are high-ranking officials and program hosts on TBN.

TRUNEWS will be following this story, and will provide updates as the story develops.
